For Providers
Your Partner in Preventing Limb Loss

Supporting Foot Health Every Step of the Way
At Orpyx®, we are committed to improving mobility for individuals at risk of foot complications, through early detection, continuous monitoring, and proactive care.
Plantar pressure, temperature, and activity data are passively collected during daily activities, giving you objective insights to support earlier, more informed clinical decisions.
For patients, the program seamlessly and unobtrusively integrates into their daily activities. For the provider, we deliver trusted support that keeps you and your patient connected between medical visits.

Designed to Fit Into Your Workflows
The Orpyx System is designed as an adjunct to standard care, enhancing clinical visibility without adding to provider workload.
The Orpyx Sensory Insoles are sensorized therapeutic footbeds that fit inside the shoe and are worn like a traditional custom insole. They require no charging and are typically replaced every four months, depending on use.
Optional continuous foot monitoring (CFM) nursing services: Our remote nursing team uses data insights to support healthy habits, provide coaching, and escalate concerns only when clinically appropriate. With only 4% of cases requiring escalation, the majority of day-to-day engagement is managed through nursing support.
By combining continuous data collection, remote clinical support, and seamless integration into care pathways, the program helps extend care beyond the clinic while maintaining workflow efficiency.

The Only Plantar Solution Backed by a Randomized Controlled Trial¹
In a randomized controlled trial (RCT) of participants with diabetes and a history of foot ulcers, the Orpyx technology, delivering real-time pressure alerts, demonstrated a substantial reduction in ulcer recurrence.
Among participants who wore the device for at least 4.5 hours per day, ulcer incidence was reduced by 86% compared to standard care.¹
This highlights the critical role of consistent use and real-time data in supporting early intervention and long-term limb preservation.

Optional CFM Nursing Services
Our optional CFM nursing services provide trusted support that keeps you and your patient connected between visits, because your care doesn’t stop when the appointment ends.
